| 1. Why don't I just employ my own cleaner directly? |

| With any product or service, there is a risk that what you want differs from what you actually get. There is also the risk that an untrained cleaner could damage something in your home; if that person is not insured, you will have a long, hard, stressful battle to recover the cost of the damage. Much worse, in these days of "no win no fee" there is also the risk of somebody suing you if they are injured on or around your premises. Added to that is the time-consuming headache of administration and paperwork such as PAYE, National Insurance, personnel information, (and the resulting data protection issues), references, organizing holiday and sickness cover and all the other joys of management! |

| 3. Will I be tied into a long term contract? |

| No we don't ask you to sign a contract until you have used our service for at least one month. After this we ask you to sign a contract, this contract can be terminated with only one rolling months notice, so you are not tied in long-term. |

| 6. Will the cleaner be capable of carrying out the job? |

| Yes, we provide on and off site training. A supervisor will work along side the cleaner for as long as is needed. |

| 7. How do I pay? What are payment terms? |

| We send out invoices on the last day of the month and payment terms are 30 days. This can be flexible to your requirements. |

| Just phone us today and we can visit you at your premises to discuss your particular needs and produce a quotation. This is free of charge and there is no obligation to go ahead with any works. |
