What are the advantages of using a cleaning company as opposed to employing a cleaner directly? We take care of all paperwork such as PAYE. NIC etc, this reduces the cost and headache that administration creates. We will ensure that you always have a cleaner on site. If the regular cleaner is ill we will provide highly trained cover, who knows the job. We ensure that a high standard of cleaning is maintained through regular quality checks

Will I be tied into a long-term contract?
No we don't ask you to sign a contract until you have used our service for at least one month. After this we ask you to sign a contract, this contract can be terminated with only one rolling months notice, so you are not tied in long-term.

Are you insured? Yes up to £10,000,000 public liability insurance.

Can I trust a cleaner I don't know?
Yes, all of our staff are vetted and cross-referenced to ensure that we have the right people for the job.

Will the cleaner be capable of carrying out the job?
Yes we provide on and off site training. A supervisor will work along side the cleaner for the first week and will then check on them regularly.

How do I pay? What are payment terms?
We send out invoices on the last day of the month and payment terms are 30 days. This can be flexible to your requirements.
